Our Calming Cat Bed is very easy to clean. No zippers to fuss with, just throw the whole bed in the machine and choose a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, To prevent matting, you'd better dry the bed in the DRYER on low heat after washing.

What if my cat doesn’t love it?

Yes, we have a 30-day refund policy. Please note that while some cats have an immediate and positive response to Calming Cat bed , others do take time to get used to it. We suggest having faith in the widely used process of proprioceptive input - simply look at our reviews to see the success rates!Please note we will not be able to accept your return for refund if you are out of our 30-day trial period, regardless of the condition of your Calming Cat bed. We believe 30-days to be a very fair amount of time in which to try and decide whether or not it works for your cat.

Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?        

If you went through our entire checkout process and confirmed an order we may be unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfillment partner. This system allows a very fast delivery service to our customers. However if you do need to change or cancel an order please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request.Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

How long is Shipping time?

All items are shipped within 2-3 business days after placing an order via our website. Typical delivery time is around 8 -10 days, delivery depends on your location but we ask to allow 2-8 days . If your order does not arrive within those days, please contact us and we will make sure your cat gets to sleep in warmth and comfort in no time!
